Buying questions

Before you buy

How do I buy?

For now, purchases in euros are made on the Discord: open a shop ticket, give your Minecraft username and the item you want, and the staff sends you the payment instructions.

With gems, no need for Discord: type /boutique in game.

When do I get my purchase?

As soon as the staff has handled your ticket, the item is added to your account in game. Keep your ticket open until delivery.

What if I have a problem or want a refund?

Contact the staff on Discord, in your shop ticket, or write to support@paffmc.net with your Minecraft username and the item concerned.

How can I contact you by email?

A question before buying, a partnership or anything else: contact@paffmc.net.

A problem with a purchase, an item not received or a refund request: support@paffmc.net.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are digital content delivered immediately: before paying, you request immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. Delivered content is therefore not refunded, unless it wasn't delivered or doesn't match its description. Details in the terms of sale.

Are ranks permanent?

Yes. Ranks, cosmetics, pets and individual perks are bought once and stay on your account. Boosts last one hour and kits are single-use.

Can I give an item to a friend?

Yes: in the ticket, give the Minecraft username of the player who should receive it.

I'm on console or phone, does it work?

Yes, everything you buy works on mobile, PC and console: it's tied to your username, not your device.
