These terms apply to purchases made on paffmc.net from PaffMC.

What is sold
PaffMC sells digital content usable on the Minecraft server PaffMC (play.paffmc.net): ranks, gems (the server currency), cosmetics, pets and comfort perks. Their description and price are shown on the Shop page.
This content has no value outside the server and can neither be traded nor converted into money. It is tied to the Minecraft username given when ordering.
PaffMC is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. [To be completed: applicable VAT notice, for example « TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI » under the French VAT exemption scheme].
The price paid is the one shown at the time of the order.
Order and payment
To order: pick an item, enter the username of the player who will receive it (they must have joined the server before), tick the immediate delivery box described below, then pay on Stripe's secure page.
Payment is processed by Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). PaffMC never has access to bank details. The order is confirmed as soon as Stripe validates the payment.
If you are under 18, you must have the agreement of a parent or of the holder of the payment method before ordering.
Delivery
The content is delivered automatically in game, to the username given, the next time the player joins PaffMC's PvP server (immediately if they are already online). An in-game message confirms the delivery.
If delivery does not happen (content already owned, technical problem), email support@paffmc.net with the order reference shown after payment: the staff delivers the content or refunds it.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases concern digital content supplied without a physical medium and delivered immediately. Before paying, the buyer ticks a mandatory box: « I request immediate delivery of my purchase and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal ».
In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this express consent and waiver mean that the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the content is delivered. The consent is recorded with the order (date, accepted text, version of these terms) and repeated in the payment confirmation.
Refunds
Delivered content is not refunded. This does not affect the legal guarantees: if the content is not supplied or does not match its description, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code); in that case, contact support@paffmc.net.
If a refund is granted or the payment is disputed with the bank, the corresponding content is removed from the in-game account.
Account and server rules
The content can be used in compliance with the server rules, available on the Help page. The server and its content may change (balancing, new seasons) without removing purchased content.
Personal data
For an order, PaffMC keeps: the username, the item, the amount, the date, the email address entered during payment and the consent described above. This data is used to deliver the order, answer support requests and meet accounting obligations; it is kept for the period required by law.
Payment data is processed by Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at contact@paffmc.net.
Disputes
If there is a problem, first email support@paffmc.net: we reply within a few days.

These terms are governed by French law.
